Your booking, clearly explained.
Your VIP package
US$375 per section for one to four guests. Includes one hookah with your choice of available flavor and one bottle. Food and cocktails are ordered separately. Seven VIP sections are available for each operating evening; availability must be confirmed.
Requests, payment & confirmation
A request is not a confirmed booking. Full payment is required upfront. Santorini confirms the booking after checking availability and verifying payment. The current request form does not collect payment. The final amount and any applicable compulsory charges must be disclosed before you pay.
Do not treat a payment screenshot or a return from a payment page as confirmation. Keep your booking confirmation and payment reference. If payment succeeds but you receive no confirmation, contact us before paying again.
Your evening & arrival
8 PM–2 AM · Up to 4 guests · US$375 per section, payable upfront
- Your VIP section accommodates up to 4 guests for the evening, from 8 PM until 2 AM the following morning. All times are Curaçao local time.
- Standard check-in is by 10:30 PM. Tell us your expected arrival time when requesting your section.
- If you will arrive after 10:30 PM, contact Santorini before the deadline. A later arrival must be expressly confirmed by the team; requesting it does not automatically approve it.
- If you have not arrived or contacted us by 10:30 PM, the team will attempt to contact you and allow a final 30-minute grace period. At 11 PM, management may mark the booking as a no-show and release the section if you have not responded and no later arrival has been agreed.
- Once checked in, your section remains yours until 2 AM. An approved late arrival does not reduce the package price or extend closing time.
- Release of a section does not automatically mean forfeiture of the full payment. Any cancellation or no-show charge must reflect reasonable loss or lost profit, taking account of savings and resale. Any excess payment will be refunded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes, cancellations & refunds
- Requests received at least 72 hours before the booked evening starts may be moved once to an available date within 30 days of the original date. Changes require written confirmation from Santorini.
- For cancellations and no-shows, any amount retained must reflect reasonable loss or lost profit, taking account of costs saved and any resale of the section. Any excess payment will be refunded; there is no automatic blanket forfeiture.
- If Santorini cancels or cannot provide the booked package, you may choose a full refund or an alternative offered by the team. A replacement date or credit is not compulsory.
- Approved late arrivals do not reduce the price or extend the evening beyond 2 AM. A section is not released solely because a guest misses opening time.
- Send cancellation or date-change requests through our contact channels and keep the acknowledgement. Refunds, where due, are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider; the team will confirm the expected timing.
- Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or your right to raise a payment dispute.
Guest responsibilities
Provide accurate contact details and tell us promptly about changes. The section accommodates a maximum of four guests. Guests must follow lawful age restrictions, staff safety instructions and respectful conduct requirements. Contact us in advance about any accessibility needs or special arrangements.
