Privacy at Santorini.

This notice covers reservations and enquiries made through this website. Nali’s B.V., trading as Santorini Bar & Lounge, 205 Caracasbaaiweg, Curaçao, is responsible for the booking information described here.

What we collect

We collect the name and contact details you submit, your requested evening and arrival time, guest count, preferences and messages. We also keep booking status, the version of the booking terms accepted, and the acceptance timestamp. When payment is connected, payment references, amounts and payment status will be recorded. Do not include passport copies, card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal information in booking notes.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange and administer your reservation, communicate changes, verify payments, handle refunds or disputes, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations. Booking information is not permission to send promotional messages. Any future marketing opt-in will be separate and optional.

Service providers

Authorized staff and service providers may process the information needed to deliver the service. This website uses Netlify hosting and, when configured, Supabase for owner sign-in and storage. When activated, Sentoo and the relevant financial institutions process payments. Providers may process data outside Curaçao; applicable safeguards and provider terms must be considered.

Payments

The current reservation form does not collect payment-card or bank-login details. When enabled, payment details are entered through the payment provider’s checkout, subject to that provider’s privacy notice. Santorini uses the transaction reference and status to administer the reservation.

Retention & access

Booking and communication records are retained only as long as needed to administer the reservation, resolve payment or legal issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is restricted to authorized staff and necessary providers. Deletion requests are reviewed against these obligations; information cannot always be deleted immediately.

Cookies & external services

The hosting platform may use essential sign-in and security cookies. The website does not currently add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Fonts load from Google Fonts; that request may transmit technical information such as your IP address. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and payment services lead to services with their own privacy practices.
